  After heading the Pracademy of Business & Service Science, a role which incorporates Student Support, Programme Management, and partnerships, Mr Angappan, was promoted as Deputy Director and focuses now on Academic Partnership Management while still being TVI's Registrar and CPE Management Representative (MR). As Head of Academic Partnership Management, Mr Angappan helps TVI students grow and succeed by increasing access to top-quality, affordable and workforce relevant education delivered both Face to Face and online. In line with TVI's business of changing lives through education, Mr Angappan facilitates scalable, integrated solutions customized for TVI learners who are ready to optimize the effectiveness of their Face to Face and online education offerings and to see TVI students succeed.Mr Angappan partners with universities to launch and manage rigorous online as well as Face to Face programs, and Partners with TVI Business Units to recruit highly qualified students via vertically integrated marketing and support student retention through completion using TVI's industry-proven, comprehensive model of Blended program management services

• Management Representative (MR)

  As the Management Representative (MR), Mr Angappan was responsible for communicating with Committee of Private Education (CPE), and was empowered to carry out or facilitate the implementation of all requirements of the EduTrust Certification Scheme. Mr Angappan conducted management reviews before TVI application for EduTrust certification and also headed internal assessments. As the MR Mr Angappan lead TVI's Team during the CPE Edustrust Audit. As the MR, Mr Angappan lead TVI from a 1 year EduTrust institute to a 4 year EduTrust certified institute. TVI was awarded the 4 year EduTrust in March 2021. .

  As the Registrar Mr Angappan facilitated the academic experience of students enrolled in the TVI, from the time of registration to graduation. The Registrar oversees the keeping of all student records (past and present); and for providing the secretariat to the TVI's Academic and Exam Boards. As Registrar, Mr Angappan also supports new student registration; module enrolment; examination administration; commencement; and issue of official academic transcripts and diploma scrolls.

  After almost a decade in Academia, Mr Angappan returned to Regional Business Development focusing on Franchise and Partnerships of Education and Training, something very close to his heart.
