I had the pleasure of working with Adrian more than three years during which time he created many opportunities and led to the start so many projects. I was very envious of the period in which it was not 100% dedicated to my team and very proud when I managed to snatch him and get him on my team. He is also a very cheerful and peppy and a very good friend and that makes him invaluable. Any IT company would be very happy to have him but do not make illusions that I will not let him go.
