Highlights: - Implemented new dashboards to monitor fund managers and investor information for better data visibility. - Developed internal tools that streamline and automate the operations team’s workload improving company efficiency and reduced support tickets. - Restructured codebase architecture from a disorganized application to a new, modernized structure with microservices and microfrontends using module federation that helped improve deployment processes for multiple teams and coordination issues between teams. - Led a team in creating our design system, providing consistency to all interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience - Implemented serverless functions that supported a state management system, automating processes in the backend to improve efficiency - Innovated a new investment flow that allowed investors to easily fill out forms, sign PDF documents digitally, and invest online, eliminating bugs that existed in prior versions and making the operations team’s tasks more manageable. - Started as a Software Engineer. Got promoted 2 months later to Senior Software Engineer and again after 6 months to Lead Software Engineer, because of my leadership skills, proactiveness and ability to develop reliable and well-structured code.
