  This role acts as a direct 2IC to the Executives, in part as a cross-facility Regional Manager, Operations and Training Manager, WHSE and Chief Maintenance Manager, and a Systems and Integration Manager. This role aims to direct and support the Facility Managers with the day to day operations of each facility, as well as help the staff of each facility to exceed their own KPI’s of Experience, Efficiency, Growth and Innovation.Duties include:-Through leadership, cultivate a premium, positive experience and culture, in a safe environment for both internal and external customers.-Oversee facility rostering budget and recruitment, along with initial and ongoing staff training across all staff levels.-Write and continually manage procedures to allow staff to operate efficiently, effectively and productively.-Identify and direct developmental opportunities that may enhance the team’s capabilities, the customer’s experience, or the business.-Inbound and outbound invoicing.-Utilise staff performance management and development processes that provide an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution, goal setting, feedback and review. -Write and implement WHSE procedures, training and management.-Continually manage Climb Fit’s Risk Management Plan.-Manage Maintenance related reporting and documentation, investigation and review of safety processes and procedures.-Work with Directors to ensure legal compliance and requirements for all facilities are met.-Review and action incident and safety reports, as well as perform ongoing inspection and oversight on the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities.-Supervise the planning, implementation, training and monitoring of software and hardware to meet overall information technology needs.-Observe, plan and implement improved methods and technologies.-Maintain and manage Climb Fit’s use of facility specific software (including but not limited to Rock Gym Pro, Smartwaiver, Deputy, Stripe etc).
