We do this by: - Working with and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders - Connecting with Design teams, Product teams, Engineering and Project Management to identify needs and act as a liaison to provide support and feedback to establish UI pattern usage and best practice of the DS in projects - Working closely with Product Management to define the strategy for the system by following the overall product strategy and direction - Working closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of components to build out and optimize a reusable component library - Working with Designers, Researchers, and Product Design partners to drive a continuous cycle of Design System iterations and improvements - Bringing consistency and simplicity to the Trustpilot product by creating components for the system, interaction pattern specifications, and usage guidelines in order to establish a holistic end-to-end product experience - Facilitating and evolving the look and feel of Trustpilot’s design language, its components, and design patterns - Thinking in terms of a system and its impact, not just screens - Presenting the Design System’s mission, library, and process to internal as well as external groups to evangelize the Design System
