I commenced with Big W at the Warwick Distribution Centre as a trainee. I worked through various roles and became the Administration co-ordinator before taking an opportunity to move to the new Greenfield site at Monarto in South Australia. I began at that site as the Transport Manager and moved through to the PM Operations Manager to the Systems Manager and finally into the Operations Manager role.
