Complete preparation and execution of business or compliance driven requests; * Deploying a new project or move End Users IT equipment between floors, facilities and desks. This tasks includes: gathering and preparing the required hardware such as PC's networking devices, cabling and other perpherals. Testing the equipment at the new location or new desk in order to identify and remediate at the spot all issues related to hardware and software. 2. Onsite and Remote Support for End Users/ Company Employees * Installation and configuration HCL owned devices; (desktops and laptops) based on SOE Image, Client asset's compliant with HCL Policy. * General OS Support for Windows 10 (Professional, Enterprise), macOS operating system * Installation and configuration of additional peripherals (printers, monitors etc.) * Resolving, diagnosing software and hardware incidents for remote access to Client network with RSA, VPN and Citrix Reciver, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, desktop virtualization) * General support for configuring Microsoft Office 2016/O365, includes OneDrive (shared drive) * Support for configuring encryption and data security such as BitLocker, Data Loss Prevention, End User Endpoint Protection, ACL (Access Control List) and Active Directory * Record, update and report all IT related queries in main ticketing tool ServiceNow Show less
