Bio
Jim Dickens
I worked with Adrian Jacquot at Linde Healthcare from October, 2001 through July 2014. Originally as a peer and later as my direct report. Adrian is a highly effective leader in possession of what I consider essential and rare skills. I'll list these in no particular order as he displays them equally well. Communication: Adrian has the ability to effectively communicate both short term and long term goals for the areas leads. He is able to convey a vision and as well as the specific paths to reach them. He does this in a way that gets 'buy in' from the individuals on his team. In pursuit of these objectives, he is talented in providing timely and objective feedback to stakeholders. Adrian has the empathy and skills to adjust his communication to the varied personalities he leads. The result is that individuals have a clear idea of what is expected, why it's expected, how are they doing in pursuit of these objectives and how he is personally invested in each person getting the most out of their efforts. I believe Adrian earns the respect of those he works with for many reasons: integrity (he does what he says), respectfulness of others, clear-minded assessment of teams relative to goals and simple working effectively in his industry. This last item Adrian acquired through his many years of being a top producer while 'working a desk' for years prior to taking leadership roles. In working with Adrian day in and day out, I always knew that he sincerely had my over all well-being in heart. At times provided clear, and sometimes difficult to hear feedback, in such a clear, respectful and thoughtful manner that I never questioned that my ultimate best interest was guiding his actions. I personally think that is a rare quality in managers and everyone should be so lucky as to experience it. I'm focusing here on the qualities and skills that stand out the most from my work with Mr. Jacqout. You can easily find data about his significant contributions he made to the 'bottom line' through his leadership. I recommend Mr. Jacquot for any leadership role without reservation.
