  Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform inspection activities according to the applicable specifications. • Manage & Supervise MEP Subcontractor works. • Manage & produce/take off bill of quantities. • Produce MEP Weekly report. • Produce MEP Subcontractor evaluation. • Inspect all Mechanical/Fire Fighting/Plumbing works to maintain quality • Check gaps, allowance/tolerance of all inspection instruments such as gauge, etc. • Prepares punch list report for mechanical/fire protection/plumbing works. • Recommends to the Manager to issue non-conformance report to suppliers and sub-contractor if materials delivered and works done respectively do not comply with the approved specification. • Closely monitors rectifications to be done on discrepancies noted in the quality of workmanship. • Conducts necessary inspection of all incoming materials delivery. • Prepares inspection report and submits them to QC Manager prior to submission to the client /customer. • Attends all testing and commissioning works. • Witness vendor test and inspection. • Handles the handover system work of the project including checking of as-built drawings. • Keeps all documents of inspection and quality records. • Performs other function assigned by the manager.
