  When I worked at the Lapu-Lapu City Hospital, I was mostly assigned at the emergency room and the delivery room. I’m used to working in the DR without any assistance of a midwife or the presence of a doctor (since we only have one resident on duty and they’re busy in the ER). There I learned to rely on myself and was able to hone my skills. Whenever I was assigned at the medical-surgical ward, handling 60-70 patients by myself is commonplace; I was the charge nurse and also the medication nurse. Show less
