In my time as LEAN Project Manager, I haven't met a more dedicated employee/ colleague than Adrian. He is true to his word, and is able to follow a new methodology even thou he doesn't see the value of it at that exact moment. However, because he is able to jump into uncertain water with me, he learns the new methodologies at first hand, and is the main driver, together with his colleague Jonas, of implementing the changes, and educate his colleagues along the way. Our "Elopak Operational Improvement Awards 2021" is a result of his and Jonas' hard work. They weren't afraid of listen to their colleagues meaning, even thou this where challenging the new standard that they had made. However, because they listen to their colleagues they found an even better standard with an even better result. I have never met such a dynamic team as Adrian and Jonas, complete opposites, but together they complete each other. (I know this sounds a bit cliché and 90's romantic cinema movies, but this is actual true about these two) My experience with Adrian, is that he is the one you would have by your side when things get heated, because he will follow you where ever you will go, and challenge the way you wanna go, which often result in a new common way that wasn't necessary a part of the planning, but was the right way to go. I will recommend Adrian any day, because if there is something he doesn't fully understand at the moment, he's curiosity and bravery will make sure that he jumps into uncertain water in order to understand the process. After understanding the new process he will gladly educate his fellow colleagues and go the extra mile to make sure that they have truly understand the new process. Adrian is professional and highly skilled person. His positive problem solving approach is visible in daily tasks, what helps him to be efficient in reaching the expected results.
