I have had the pleasure of working with Adrian for 7 years, and in this time he has managed ( somehow) to bring out the best in my capabilities within recruitment. He has supported me whilst running a large volume account (temps) and a career change in to permanent recruitment. Adrian is quite simply the best Manager I have had the pleasure to work alongside. His dedication and loyalty to his role as business Manager at Blue Arrow is second to none. He is very approachable and fair and whilst remaining professional at all times he has a fabulous understanding of what creates and achieves excellent team work in the work place. I do not doubt that Adrian has gone from strength to strength in his role at Blue Arrow for what I feel and still inform all other recruitment agancies that with mr Daulby at the wheel they will never come within an inch of Blue Arrow's sucess at the Trafford Park branch due to his knowledge and commitment. I experienced a gap in my employment due to personal reasons and Adrian gave me the opportunity to come back to the work place and progress immensly, for that I will always be grateful.       In 2015 System Group launched the Driving Ambition program and opened two DVSA approved LGV training and testing facilities in Widnes and Carlisle with the aim to tackle the ongoing LGV Driver shortage head on. 2017 will see further testing centre openings to enable the Driving Ambition program to train and test LGV drivers nationally. Driving Ambitions state of the art facilities in Widnes and Carlisle employ DVSA approved examiners which allows us to train and test drivers in a record breaking 8 weeks - without compromising on quality. Having fully qualified DVSA approved examiners also reduces the national average test waiting time from 12 weeks to 3 days, and with the capacity to pass 40 C+E drivers every single week, we’ll be sure to cope with high demand.Intensive training on “yard manoeuvres” on our purpose built reversing areas, including loading bays ensures we don’t just pass our drivers we prepare them for their career ahead.Our Academy drivers are recruited locally to each business and are fully trained on both legislation and driving hours. Throughout their journey from CAT B to C+E we partner with our customers and promote regular customer attendance at our test centre. There, our customers can present the ethos and expectations of their business to potential employees, thus ensuring the new pass drivers are fully briefed prior to commencing work on every site. As well as newly qualified drivers, we can also train existing employees from standard licence to C+E in as little as 8 weeks.
