  My responsibilities in this role involve the direct management of a team of over 50 employees in a fast paced environment which includes all grades of employee. It requires direct collaboration with the group CEO and Directors and also other group departments to ensure compliance of the organisations HR policies. Responsibilities within the role include coordinating and participating in employee engagement programmes. Managing the end to end recruitment process both externally and internally. Performance management and participating in the organisations disciplinary processes. This role also involves daily coaching of team members, managing and reconciling of operational reports. Preparation of all rosters, payroll reports and client invoicing. Overall responsibility for Health and safety activities on site, quality and control of customer service.
