  To clarify, I was an Assistant Coach my first two seasons (Spring '06 and Spring '07). In Spring of '08 I attained the Head Coach position.My Assistant Coach seasons included mainly instruction, with little administration work. I would help conduct practices, help run practices, and worked with the athletes individually, during and after practice. My Head Coach season included instruction, administration, conducting practices, running practices, and running substitutions for matches.

  My goal of the internship was to learn as much as possible from a medical practice. I accomplished that and even gained new insight in the process.I learned the general operations of running a business. Further, I learned more specifically the operations of a medical practice; I gained knowledge about finances in general; attained some marketing skills; and learned about management principles.
