      This job is part of the Global Implementations team in the EMEA region where my main focus is the implementation of Baan V/Infor LN.As of 2016, I have been working in LN as part of the Procurement Product Delivery Team, setting up baseline products for future implementations; starting in 2019, I have also begun working with the Projects module as part of the Product Delivery Team. Consequently, starting in 2016, I have been focused on implementing the LN Procurement and Projects modules in several Flex sites, continuing to do so in 2020.Other responsibilities of my position include:- A complete understanding of all Baan V/Infor LN modules- Work with and implement Baan V/Infor LN in sites around the region based on business requirements- Work with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & Sharepoint- Participate and gather information and requirements during the scoping phase of a new project- Analyze business requirements and provide IT solutions- Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer IT to align on tasks and timelines- Make use of SQL to augment and expedite data retrieval and analysis from the ERP systems- Collaborate with members working within other systems to set up proper connectivity- Request enhancements to the ERP system where needed, based on system requirements, through the writing of technical specifications and execution of UAT at the end of the process for validation- Train key users in using the newly implemented processes and systems- Participate in migration projects from legacy ERPs (SAP/Navision etc.) to Baan V/Infor LN- Collaborate with other team members around the region as well as around the globe in finding cross-functional solutions as well as transferring knowledge- Design process flows to support business requirements- Travel as needed to sites, as well as collaborate remotely with business contacts
