  Working on multiple projects within Zurich, I played a leading role in transitioning the Adviser Administration function during the OnePath transition into Zurich. This multi faceted role saw me create user journeys for financial advisers, re-engineer business processes around the areas of adviser administration as well as the detailed analysis and definition of data migration requirements for adviser and commission data. This program offered opportunities to work across a large spectrum of business areas and digital technology and data migration activities, requiring interaction with multiple teams across different organizations including vendors. The technology implementation included SalesForce as well as Mainframe and Data Warehouse data migration. I have spent the last twelve months as Scrum Master / Senior BA on a digital decommissioning project. I oversaw the activities of 3 teams across multiple applications and my duties included facilitation of agile ceremonies as well as requirements analysis and documentation.   Working on a variety of projects, including delivering a number of digital solutions across the organisation within the digital team, as well as a BI and reporting analytics project. Digital solutions includes a claims tracking solution enabling claimants to track the status of their claims and upload outstanding documents, as well as an eClaims claim submission tool, allowing claimants to complete a digital claim form and submit documents required for assessment. During this time I mapped the various claim processes to understand where these could be improved with the implementation of the digital solutions and what the impact to the business would be. I also delivered a client transition to MetLife from another insurer. This required a detailed understanding of their product and how the rule will be applied in the Underwriting application. Both the eClaims solution and the client transition was delivered following an Agile approach. As scrum master my main responsibilities included facilitating the scrum meetings, sprint planning as well as backlog refinement.
