  The Psycholinguistics Lab in the Department of Psychology at the University of Texas at El Paso under Dr. Ivanova studies how people produce, understand and communicate through language. The lab specializes in alignment (the reusing of the conversational partner's language in dialogue), bilingual language control, and how these phenomena are presented in connected speech. Responsibilites: -Assisted in the recruitment and management of research participants. -Conducted experiments under the guidance of the principal investigator and recorded and managed data. -Managed lab schedule for conducting experiments. -Organize and maintain study files for participants, including consent forms, labs, and data forms according to established protocol. -Performed data collection and entry.
