Honestly where do I start with Antoni. Flashback to January 2022 and I was in a very precarious position as a final year LLB Law student. I knew the legal profession was not for me but I was completely lost as to what else there was in the world for me to do beside law. My entire life had been moulded to think that being a solicitor/barrister was the only path for me. Feeling very anxious about my future, I had the pleasure of meeting Antoni who has since day one devoted so much of his precious time and effort into guiding me towards many different potential careers. I used to have a very narrow minded perspective on my future career which Antoni understood. It was with Antoni’s moral support that I managed to make it to the end of my studies with a 1st class degree and a Job offer at an exciting career prospect in London. Most importantly, I understood that for Antoni to help me, I had to help myself. I only got out what I achieved with Antoni based on the effort that I put in myself. It is because of this dynamic and mutual respect we have developed for each other that I believe my time as a mentee has been incredibly effective in what has been a relatively short amount of time. I’m excited to continue my work with Antoni as I prepare to enter into the next chapter of my life.

Antoni has rare qualities that mix vivacity and creativity with the analytical mind of a lawyer I really enjoyed working with him and he helped us to quickly model all the workflows at LEYTON UK and identify the digital transformation issues He is a born animator who knows how to communicate with dynamism.

I had the pleasure of being Antoni’s mentee as part of the Success Accelerator programme run by alumni from the University of Kent. Not only has Antoni been an incredible mentor in imparting his wisdom and guidance around the legal, financial and commercial sectors but he also went above and beyond in his efforts to facilitate my learning. Through regular meetings we worked out my goals, established my unique skills, and contemplated how to manage life and a successful career as a disabled woman. Antoni’s impressive breadth of knowledge and efficient communication skills inspired me to work harder to achieve my goals and hold myself accountable to step outside my comfort zone to network with industry professionals. Antoni generously took me under his wing, giving me the opportunity to intern at the consultancy firm Leyton UK, boosting my networking experience, my insight of different roles that go into a business, and my overall employable skills. As such, I am proud to have had the opportunity to be mentored by Antoni as I have since graduated with a first class honours degree in Law - something I could not have done without the support and guidance of Antoni.
