  Inkomoko is Inkomoko is an advisory firm and impact investor that helps entrepreneurs in Rwanda, Kenya and Ethiopia successfully grow their businesses to create thriving communities.   I was assigned to support launching Inkomoko in a new country, Ethiopia for a temporary period. During this assignment, I support hiring local staffs, training them until they are fully ready to take on the program independently. Build relationship with partners, especially UNHCR and ARRA, equipping the office and contracting with different suppliers, and overlook the intake process of program entrepreneurs I was assigned to support launching Inkomoko in a new country, Ethiopia for a temporary period.
