I started as an agent doing surveys over the phone in Americas Survey company back in 2004. After 11mo of interviewing, I was promoted to Quality Assurance department where I worked as Quality Assurance associate, team leader and data processing. By 2006, I was promoted to Production Supervisor where I stayed for around 5 months until I became part of the Project Management team, I worked as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for 6 years, during this time I worked with several clients and projects simultaneously. In February 2013, I was promoted to Operations Manager where I spent 2 years and during this time, I was able to bring the workforce to the highest point since I started working for ASC and also we got to manage 125-150 more projects per year compare to previous years.
