  Production Manager oversees the planning, scheduling, manufacturing and shipping functions of the Visalia Operation. The individual’s primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and timely production of quality SCPC products. Individual will effectively and efficiently direct work orders through the Visalia manufacturing facility and is accountable for producing profitable solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The Production Manager is responsible for the processes of order planning and scheduling and subsequent processes through to the final shipment of the order. Individual will direct and delegate work through the Shop Coordinators and/or others to ensure all products produced meet or exceed customer expectations on quality, performance, and on-time delivery. Individual will work closely with the Business Development/Site Manager to proactively plan for and manage forecasted levels of inbound.
