Adolf was an amazing colleague, who happen to share a table with me for about a year at Patricia Technologies. I witnessed first hand Adolf's eagerness to learn, as he was constantly improving his skill level finding the time to take new digital courses everyday. Patricia Technologies being a blockchain technology company serving customers out of Africa, meant that we had to operate digitally. As a friend Adolf informed me of his intentions to transition into Digital Marketing as he currently held the position of Offline/BTL Marketing Executive. Despite the fast-paced work environment that was our business culture at the time, he was able to commit the necessary time to learn and obtain the required training and certifications for this move while also learning from seasoned experts within the department. Adolf’s efforts were recognized when he was appointed as the Social Media Manager for Hank-It-Technologies, a sister company to Patricia Technologies, making a dream come true for him. I am convinced that Adolf will continue to excel in his career by adding value to every company with which he works.
