  I achieved missions and projects ranging from a few weeks to a few years under various profiles: Project Manager, Program Designer, Strategic planning Consultant, Lean Manufacturing Senior Consultant, Innovation Management Consultant, QMS Consultant, Start-ups Mentor and Trainer…, within the framework of International Programs for the cooperation development with Tunisia that involved Hundreds of participating Companies and Organisations from various industries. I was selected in more than a dozen of these Programs and Projects (GTZ-INNOV'60, INNOV 2010, EU-PASRI-i'9, EU-PASRI-TST, EU-PCAM, MB-PAQ, PMN Tunisia, GIZ-IDEE, GIZ-IAAA, GIZ-ISECO…) mainly funded by European Union, Germany, France, Denmark, Mondial Bank…Through my participation at these varied programs and also my response to specific needs of other companies, I had the opportunity to assist more than 100 Enterprises from different sectors and sizes where I animated tens workshops and training seminars and coached or trained several hundred of team members and attendees. This cumulated experience allowed me to build up significant capacities in several of the Organizational Development Management fields: Strategic Planning, Turnaround Management, Implementing an Innovation Management System, Implementing Quality Management System (until certification), Carrying out workshops dealing with Risk Management in many sectors, Managing Projects, Realising Economic Intelligence Process… I also gained a strong proficiency on deployment of Operational Excellence approaches that are extremely useful to improve operational processes productivity, quality and Customer's satisfaction like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3 sheet for problems resolution and tens of other improvement tools...
