I enjoyed working under Adnan at CityFM89, he was a great mentor and I got to learn a lot under his leadership. Since this was my first full time job, I appreciated Adnan's patient leadership that allowed me to mature overtime in my role. He always motivated me by acknowledging a job well done and was there to offer his help and guidance when needed. He encouraged innovation and was receptive to new ideas. He would give me the opportunity to lead new projects on my own but under his guidance and that was great confidence booster. I really respect how he was honest with his feedback that helped me grow and improve as a professional. As far as his work as head of marketing is concerned I believe he took CityFM89's brand presence to new heights under his effective leadership and achieved great results for the company.
