For the managerial and commercial disciplines, I have the required communications and personal skills of finding the suitable subcontractors and suppliers and negotiating their rates based on full knowledge of actual market rates and based on strong technical background, work procedures and resources, it is a part of my accountability also to build the work agreements for the contracts with subcontracts and suppliers and even with clients.
