Randy Lutz
The Master Prop Carpenter and other staff carpenters managed Adam directly but I was very involved in the assignment and artistic quality of his projects. Adam is a fine entry level properties carpenter and his work is of a high quality. His skill level is also high and he gains speed with experience. He was a pleasure to have in the shop, as well as on stage. I would certainly consider hiring Adam in the future should he be interested in returning to the Santa Fe Opera, Properties department. Adam works well as an individual and is a dedicated and hard working crew member. He was a model apprentice properties carpenter and I feel with experience he will be able to move into an entry level staff prop carpentry position. Adam has design goals as well as carpentry talents.

In his work, Adam is very open to exploration and highly values collaboration. He is creative and able to consistently deliver a high quality product even when he's under time and financial constraints. He is a great team player and has always shown a strong sense responsibility and commitment to his work. Adam would make a great addition to any team!
