Justin is exceptional! He started working at MIM a few months before I joined the company. He was one of the first co-workers that I met, and he has consistently been one of the most helpful to me throughout my various roles in the company. He excels at everything that he works on. His technical abilities are outstanding, and his documentation work is as clear and consistent as it is prolific. He helped MIM transition from an outdated email system to G Suite. This was an enormously useful change! He is an excellent team player, and always knows how to assist a co-worker in need. Whenever I have asked Justin questions about Docker, GitLab, Hyper-V, or other technologies, he has always pointed me in the right direction toward an answer, even scheduling time to discuss solutions in-depth. His presentations are among the best that I've seen, whether he's speaking to a group or providing individual training and technical support.
