In the long-term view, this mobility research group aims to contribute to the development of autonomous vehicles in Brazil, bringing data analysis and solutions to the Brazilian transit environment • Supported strategic, student, and competition projects (at LINCE - Laboratory of Innovation and Engineering Competitions - and at the Mobility sector of Smart Campus Facens) with knowledge of leadership, management, electrical, computing, and production engineering • Constant development of partnerships for the University to accelerate the pace of development of new technologies • Supported the implementation of new technologies at the University and enhanced laboratories infrastructure • Provided technical advice from conception to development of a mobile laboratory platform for research and development of autonomous and electric vehicles. Open Source project made with a golf cart • Assisted in the design of an AI research and development nucleus • Technical support for the submission of projects for public calls (e.g. Route 2030: “Motorcycle Detection in the Vehicle Blind Spot Using a Radar Sensor”) Show less

Performed good communication with engineers and technicians of engineering, instrumentation, and maintenance areas on national and international plants of Ford and third-party companies • Developed a form in VBA and an installer/add-in for Outlook to standardize communication among areas via Outlook calendar and intranet. The tool was designed to be compatible with the tests` automation tool, developed by Ford in the United States for the PT NVH team • Supported, as responsible in Brazil, the development and implementation of the "Test Request System", the Ford North America PT NVH test request software, in Tatuí. Together with the software development engineers of Ford and Siemens LMS, it was studied and adapted the tool to standardize the graphical user interface, channels, and runs' names. With the implementation of the tool in the Tatuí proving ground, it was possible to lock the gear and torque converter through LMS Test.Lab as well as acquire data through CAN. After all, facilitated the tests' acquisitions and processing • Contributed to the implementation of new tools and improvements in laboratories to enhance the development area and tests` performance. Moreover, it was created a flow chart, using conceptual map methodology, of the test request procedure at Tatuí to give a better comprehension of the engaged areas, thus streamlining the internal procedure of Tatuí • Supported preparing vehicles for instrumentation and tests, by assembling and disassembling components as necessities, subjective evaluation, safety inspection, fueling, DTCs, and PCMs errors verification and PCM flashing. In addition, acquired knowledge in instrumentation, analysis methods, and basic processing for NVH • Contributed to speeding up several priority tests, as well as to reducing tests' length Show less
