As a Corporate Secretary Assistant and Legal Supervisor, the scope of works to support Corporate Secretary & Head of Legal in handling the matters as follows: (i) The activities related to legal department function, among others to create and review agreements, letters of appointment, legal opinions for the department concerned (users), to develop a correspondences in relation to legal matters among others power of attorney, statement letter, to support and coordinate in resolve the legal issues relating to good corporate law, capital markets and litigation which occur either outside or through a court trial with coordination to the Company’s legal counsel at both nucleus and plasma locations, to assist and coordinate with the Notary in relation to a notarial legal documents, as well as to perform documentation for all corporate legal documents, and (ii) The activities related to Corporate Secretary function, among others preparing both the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meetings, implementing the Annual and Extraordinary Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, implementing of public expose, supporting in any corporate action, particularly in the legal due diligence, performing a periodic reporting and incidental to the stock exchange commission (SEC)/ OJK and managing the company’s shareholders data.
