- Over 11 Years of experience in Gujarat Maritime Board till date in managing, maintaining and carrying out meticulous special repairs to various Flotilla Vessels such as Tugs, Barges, Launches & Dredgers besides gaining experience in Workshop Management, Material handling equipments, Store Management and Asset Management.- I have been looking after various marine and port related projects as a Divisional Officer with 5 different ports under our jurisdiction and have been a part of Project Planning, Project Monitoring, Project Execution and the procurement team. - I got numerous opportunities to represent my division at Head Office level regarding various core aspects such as annual & quarterly budgeting and estimations apart from representations on various specialized projects, studies and other technical aspects of my job which includes liaisoning with Head Office officials for bringing various approvals and results.- Fairly good exposure in Project Estimations, Tendering, Tender Scrutiny, Agreements and Professional dealings which forms an integral part of my job as a Divisional Officer of Professional Branch.- Involved in execution and fabrication of Pontoon and Link Span fabrication required at Ghogha and Dahej for commissioning of Ro-Ro Ferry service across the Gulf of Cambay. It was a pleasure and a very important learning curve for me to be a part of JSW in my vocational training for a period of 23 days.I learnt a lot about a steel industry and about its cold rolling mills, galvanizing lines, pickling lines and colour coating lines.I also got an opportunity to understand the whole thermal plant of 30 MW that JSW has in their premises.Also my project with them on their compressed air system was very helpful in gaining the in-depth knowledge about compressed air system and about calculating various losses in the compressed air pipelines.
