  As someone who has worked in operations for Astra, the inter-college sports fest hosted by the sports council of IIIT Delhi, I gained valuable skills and experiences. In this role, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various operational aspects of the event, such as venue management, logistics, and coordination with various stakeholders including college administration, sports clubs, vendors, and participants. Through this experience, I developed strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, I had the opportunity to lead a team of volunteers and manage tasks, which helped me develop my leadership skills.
