      I started my own business during lockdown and researched my own baked recipe of a fried Indian dessert called Gujiya/Karanji. My product contains only 10% overall fat which is unsaturated in nature and thus quite healthy. I branded and marketed the product with the help of my family who provided me with the capital for the business. I sold the products as Catering orders and as packaged desserts on shelves across stores in my city!
