During my time at NonZero Design, I was working directly under Aditya’s leadership. Since the beginning Aditya has always been a very patient, confident and understanding leader and a team member. Starting out in the new role of a UI/UX designer, Aditya ensured that I had a very comfortable learning experience and made sure that I grew gradually in handling the complexities of the projects. He ensured that feedbacks were constructive and always encouraged me to take risks and experiment with the projects. Aditya has been one of the most influential people in my professional journey and an inspiration as a team leader. Additionally, he is also an exceptional designer and I am glad to have been a part of his team!
