Aditya was one of the recruits of 2014 in Himatsingka. He has no clue/knowledge about the Industry but something told me that he is the one we are looking for. Taking up FP&A role is nothing short of a challenge in a new industry added to it Himatsingka's culture seeking details to the last $. His growth speaks of his actual performance. Aditya is one of the most well-learned and helpful team leads I have had the pleasure of working with. He exhibits excellent leadership skills - always willing to guide, lend a hand. Being knowledgeable and with vast experience, he has equipped himself to deal with a myriad of tasks that may come his way, and at the same time is humble and eager to learn more. He leads by example, instead of giving out instructions. He is never bogged down by any task, no matter how daunting it is, which in turn went a long way in keeping the team’s morale high.
