I’ve worked with Aditya in SumTotal’s India office while managing the Sustaining Engineering team in the US. Aditya initially supported the Docent product line where had to learn the internals of a complex enterprise scale product and produce quality hot fixes while working from India with a US based team. He was able to become productive quickly, producing a number of fixes in different parts of the product, and soon took on a lead role with the expanding India team. He worked very well with the US team and was a key player in maintaining a good working relationship between the US and India offices. He also worked directly with customers, sometimes at very odd or long hours, helping to find good resolutions to customer problems.
