      The Ritz-Carlton Bar and Lobby lounge are the signature outlets for the Ritz-Carlton brand, with the Ritz-Carlton bar showcasing an gentleman style, colonial era ambience with an indian twist serving classic whiskies, cognac and cocktails and on the other hand the Lobby lounge exhibits the legendary Ritz-Carlton Afternoon Tea service. Here I was responsible for the daily operations, financial and inventory discrepancies of both the outlets and also for the trainings of the team members.We as a team has organized various wine dinners and numerous amount of promotional events ranging from festive brunches and CSR's like "Make a Wish".One of the major objective was to create "WoW stories" to generate the Ritz-Carlton Mystique for the guest.
