This period presents both opportunities and challenges as the company seeks to position itself as a trusted resource for teenagers' emotional well-being. Notably, the recent implementation of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) rule, mandating that every school must have a counsellor, has opened up a vast window of opportunity for MASTH to propel its business forward. This regulatory change highlights the growing recognition of the importance of emotional wellness in the education system and provides an avenue for MASTH to collaborate with schools and reach a broader audience of teenagers. To support MASTH's expansion efforts and capitalise on this favourable landscape, my internship project focused on conducting go-to-market (GTM) business experiments. Through a combination of market research, A/B testing of websites/landing pages and advertisements, I aimed to identify the most viable approaches and tactics for MASTH to enter the market successfully. During my internship, I was honored to receive the title of "Best Intern" within my team.
