Teman Antusias is a student-led initiative that aims to induce resiliency and develop a strong character for Indonesian youth providing a one-month 1-on-1 mentorship program for underprivileged youth on growth mindset, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and communication skill and a platform for all youth to connect, share, and engage. Responsibility: Designing periodical evaluation system, organizing internal team’s capacity building sessions, and executing strategic recruitment system.Achievements: 1. As one of the biggest MUN Conferences in the world, I was selected as a chairperson. Chairing in multiple conferences here have given me so much knowledge and experience. In the usual conference i moderate around 110 delegates. As a chair moderating and keeping it fair yet substantive is one of the the biggest effort i may have pull. Nevertheless the conferences was a success and all the delegate always give a wonderful feedback and looking forward to see me in the next conference.
