It was clear immediately that Aditi was a fast learner mastering our in-house computer systems and a hard worker with attention to details. Once her Co-Op term had ended, she was offered a permanent position with Mattina which Aditi accepted. Since joining Mattina full time Aditi has become a very valuable asset to our team. She is now taking the Supply Chain Management Certification program which will only enhance her knowledge and assist our Purchasing team.
