Not only did she have a unique ability to manage the projects assigned, but her constant communication helped lift our spirits in challenging situations. Her humor and empathy fostered a comforting work environment. I rarely hear a female talking about engines, cars, bikes, aircrafts, but this girl possesses a greater passion towards the Mechanical world - basically the HOW part of things work. Aditi and I worked together on several projects, and I was lucky to call her my colleague. She consistently gave her 100 percent to the team and played a significant role in ensuring that we completed assignments on time. I have had the pleasure of working with Aditi for one year in Team Arcis. If there's one word that comes to mind about her, its her 'never say die' attitude. This reflects on the extremely challenging tasks given to her, whether it be performance calculations or analysis to writing the final regular report and delivering the regular presentation for the SAE Aero Design challenge held in Van Nuys, CA, USA. She pulled many all nighters to make it possible. I'm sure she'll do well wherever she goes, as she commits herself to her given task 100%.
