• Materials data required for the pipes , as well as its fittings are all specified with respect to basic material, grade of material , the material used for attachments and all other specifications pertaining to all fragments required using CAESAR I I • Stress Analysis is made to verify if the existing plan is free from any form of failures in terms of forces , stresses , temperature conditions to ensure complete, successful operation of the piping system. • MTO(Material Take Of f ) is done to specify a vendor , the number of component s required in a given project with correctly specified dimensions , material and other details . • Tie- in-Schedule is done to extract point at which the existing line is tapped into to bring in the required modifications . • Line number is listed, along with their test and operating pressures and temperatures for the pipe used for different purpose. • Study type of Valves (Ball , Check, Globe and Butterfly) , size, line number , rating, P&ID(piping and instrumentation drawing) and also to issues it to the client after two rounds of checking. • Technical bid Evaluation the datasheet s and the material requisition are sent to different vendors for quotation. • Study of Piping and Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) sheet s to f ind out the no.valves and gasket s used.
