Somatic Coach
-
Sep 2018 - Present
As a Somatic Coach, I am passionate about somatics as a methodology, a path for embodied healing and transformation with and through the integrated mind, body, and spirit. I work with clients to help them understand and practice how behavioral change skills and principles can be taught and embodied through the physical state to be able to successfully take new actions, aligned with their vision and values, even under the same old pressures in their life and leadership. I combine somatic psychotherapy techniques with 5+ years of study, training, and practice with generative somatics (gS) demonstrating my skills in the art of somatic coaching with the body to engage body awareness as a powerful tool and intervention.
