  I worked in a banqet team of 6 to 10 people with a team leader for whole summer. Our job was to set up the rooms and prepare them for weddings, conferences, meetings, dinners or some other organized gatherings. Also to be bartender or serve food and drinks and after that clean and prepare for next day. The most important thing there was a good team work and making sure that we can count on each other to make sure that all the work is done ahead of time and if there is one thing that I learned is that being prepared well is the key to success.   I have been member of HR team, as well as team that is making projects for incoming volunteers, and part of the team that was organizing international conference for 170 people in Macedonia. For the 2 and a half years of my membership I learned how to better present and speak in public, how to work better in team, communicate with companies and NGOs, negotiate for sponsorship, learned a lot about leadership, became better at problem solving, worked on couple of projects and volunteered in some other, as well as getting to know how processes of an organisation work and how to plan them and attended many AIESEC conferences where I have met and built a big network with people from Balkan countries.
