  Responsible to support the Exploration & Production E&P-business representative within the SAP-PM/Plant Maintenance implementation team for OMV Petrom S.A. E&P-headquarters Ploiesti/Romania. After completing the SAP-PM-pre-study and business-process-master-list (BPML) I have assisted in preparation of the team- and implementation-logistics and contractor-bidding-documents.I have successfully participated in the implementation of SAP-PM within 17 field clusters in OMV E&P Petrom following a series of ‘go-lives’ involving approx. 1000 users all over Romania. During the SAP-PM implementation I was further participating in the development of the OMV Petrom functional location structure, ABC-indicators (equipment criticality), equipment type and grouping, maintenance history recording and KPI’s (key performance indicators).
