  Responsibilities in Underground Works:  Construction supervision of Tunnel Excavation by drill and blast method in Hard rock and Mechanical excavation using jack hammer and excavators in soft ground (Terrace gravels).  Construction supervision of tunnel support Installation using Shotcrete (plain and fiber reinforced), Dowels and bolts (fully cement grouted, Swellex Rock Bolts, expansion shell, self-drilling bolts), Wire mesh, Steel Ribs and Lattice Girders.  Geological /Geotechnical tunnel face mapping, Rock mass classification and ground support evaluation by using NGI, Q-System and NATM.  Logging Probe hole to optimize the ground condition ahead of tunnel face.  Cast in place concrete lining of Headrace tunnel using hydraulic shutter and pump concrete (Invert cleaning, water handling, blinding concrete, setting out of shuttering, concrete pouring).  Supervision of Pre-excavation and Post-Excavation Grouting in tunnels.  Supervision of Contact Grouting behind the concrete lining.
