Developed talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing. Schedule all interviews with hiring managers. Setup web-recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Dice, Ceipal LinkedIn etc.) Search Techniques includes: Boolean Expression, use-to exclude, single word with multiple word phrases.
