*Conducted research and experimentation to discover an innovative composition with in the Ti-Zr alloy which has superelastic behaiviour for load-bearing orthopedic implants. *Used ball milling to make the alloy by grinding and mixing the materials together. *Performed x ray diffraction test to find the milling time by analysing the crystalographic structure of the alloy. *Utilized differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to examine the heat flow as a function of temperature and identified the temperature at which Martensitic transformation occures. *Incorporated copper into the alloy, the temperature was effectively reduced, specifically lowering the martensitic transition temperature to body temperature.
