Having responsibility to conduct research on various legal matters related to business line of company group such as: license, construction service, etc. Liaise with notary and relevant officials across affiliates regarding change of article of association, etc. Liaise with notary and review notarial deed such as deed of establishment company, sale and purchase agreement, rental agreement, infrastructure project agreement, cooperation agreement, etc. Acting on behalf of Company to arrange the establishment Company and liaise with the notary to arrange the supporting corporate documentations, including but not limited to Company Register, Tax Identification Number, Domicile Letter of the company, and involve In acquisition process.
