  - Evaluate new latex, chemical, and coagulant by conducting related tests to identify its stabilities, properties, and tensile strength- Conduct test to evaluate properties of different types of pure and compounded latex such as JNC, ZCM, Tengda, Kumho, Ding Ding, Sinya and Synthomer- Conduct tensile strength test on ASTM and EN standard for monitoring gloves to study effects on increasing line speed, the addition of cross-linker, and evaluation of new latex ratio- Conduct lab tests to identify latex’s pickup rate and determine the type of latex that is suitable to be used to manufacture a specific type of gloves with different weight- Produce lab-scale film using the former plate for latex study purpose in order to identify its tensile strength and conduct color checking - Conduct cleaning efficiency test to evaluate new surfactants to be used in coagulants such as Marlipal, Marpol, and TG in house as well as chemicals used in cleaning processes such as acid and alkaline- Evaluate and compare properties of 61% nitric acid, 65% acid from Taiwan, 68% acid from Korea, and TG 68% acid as a cleaning agent- Compound different types of latex and coagulant using different chemicals to differentiate their properties and observe for the presence of any lump, sludge, or particles form- Assists superior for hand dipping online for R&D study purpose to analyze properties for different ratios of latex and new chemical studies such as booster and accelerator- Assist packing department with gloves reworking, converting, bulk packaging, and inspecting for pinholes, thin areas, and second-grade gloves- Assist compounding department with preparing labels for lines to replace worn out and outdated labels on tank and piping and R&D department for lab’s labeling before Tan Sri visit every 3 months
