Sasha Bainbridge
Having worked closely with Adhi on a 3 month international aid project, I have complete confidence in her ability to lead teams under the most challenging circumstances. Having been fortunate enough to be led by Adhi while living and working in rural villages in the Luapala Province, I have experienced first hand her ability to lead from the inside. Her quiet confidence and warm nature makes her a natural leader that people want to follow and learn from in return. Despite the challenges of our work, Adhi united a diverse group of people of different nationalities, languages and cultural backgrounds. Her approach was always clear: encouraging her team to value the individual skillset of each of their peers. And by leading with this example, made her team feel like equals, while accepting her guidance. Adhi is a model of leadership that nurtures the strengths and weaknesses of her team and should be considered a key asset to any team development.
